Add the items you'd like to order in the shopping cart and proceed to our secure server. Our system takes Visa, Master Card or Discover cards.

Direct Mail:  You have the option of mailing in your order with a check. Simply fill in all the necessary information at check-out but instead of entering credit card information, print out the order and mail it to us together with your check and we'll be pleased to e-mail you a confirmation when we receive it.

Shipping & Handling:  Renaud Naturals offers a number of shipping options. You will be asked which method you prefer, at check-out. Most of our products are made fresh to order and are typically shipped within 2 business days.

Important:  Shipping Charges are an estimate and may be adjusted up or down once your order is processed.

Foreign Orders:  Shipping costs are for US orders only. Upon receiving foreign orders, we will contact you by e-mail to advise you of any additional shipping charges.

Gift Packaging:  Renaud Naturals has created a number of gift items and we will be pleased to include a card with your sentiment. Please leave your message when prompted at check-out.

Samples: In order to keep costs down for our customers, Renaud Naturals is unable to send free samples to clients who are not placing an order. However, we do include free samples with every paid order. If you would like a specific sample, please leave a message in the Comments Section at Checkout.

Sales Tax:  Renaud Naturals is required to collect sales tax on orders shipping in the state of Colorado. If your order is being shipped to our home state of Colorado, the sales tax will be automatically calculated at check-out.

Returns: Please shop carefully. Our products are natural and organic. Because the integrity of our products may be jeopardized, it is not possible for us to take returns of any of our products. However, if you do have a problem with any or our products, please contact us so that we may discuss and offer you another product.
