Michele Renaud,

Michele Renaud grew up in Ontario, Canada,
in a household filled with fragrances. She was weaned on 'recipes' for natural
hand-made products that contained vegetable oils, herbs and essential oils. One
of her favorite childhood memories is of her mother stirring lavender into a
batch of home-made soap.
Michele married an American and moved to
Colorado where she shared with friends the natural product recipes taught to her
by her grandmother and mother. In 1997 she decided to employ her knowledge of
aromatherapy and founded Madame Renaud Naturals. Although she began the company
in her kitchen, she has since purchased a commercial building in Loveland
Colorado.
Michele believes that the sense of smell
is like an undiscovered land. Essential oils can introduce us to many diverse
landscapes of thought, feeling, sensation and mood. In combining essential oils
with other natural ingredients, Michele has created a line of body and bath
products that serve the total being and can help each of us affordably achieve a
balance of the body, mind and spirit.
